Instructions for Filling the Form

  • Students can complete the Convocation Registration form using their Campus ID.
  • The degree will be awarded only after all academic and exit formalities have been successfully completed. The No Dues Form should be submitted to Registrar Office.
  • The Convocation participation fee is INR 3000/-, which includes the cost of the degree, stole, lunch, and administrative charges. This fee must be paid online through the payment gateway after submitting the registration form. Please note that the fee is non-refundable.
  • All students who have already registered need not re-register.
  • Students are required to strictly follow the prescribed dress code:
  • For Boys: White Knee Length Kurta with White Churidar/Straight Pajama (well ironed)
  • For Girls: White Knee Length Kurta with White Churidar/Straight Pajama (well ironed)
  • A maximum of two guests may accompany each student on the day of the convocation. An additional charge of Rs. 500 per guest will be applicable for lunch and related arrangements. The University will not provide accommodation.
  • In case of any technical issues during the online application process, students should immediately contact the Registrar Office, SRMU at registrar.office@srmu.ac.in.
  • After successful registration, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email ID. All further communication from the Registrar Office will be conducted through the registered email and phone number.
  • If the payment amount is debited from your bank account but a successful transaction message is not received or any other query, please contact at 9118885178, email Id: registrar.office@srmu.ac.in immediately with the following details: Campus ID, Transaction ID, Transaction Date, Bank Name, Payment Gateway Name, and Payment Mode (Net Banking/Credit/Debit Card).
  • Do not refresh the page or use the back button while the transaction is in progress.
  • If you have already obtained your Degree/Diploma and still wish to attend the Convocation Ceremony, please contact coe@srmu.ac.in mentioning following details:
    • Full Name
    • Programme Name
    • Passing-out session (as mentioned on your Degree/Diploma)
    • A scanned copy of your Degree/Diploma
    Please note that you are not required to register through the online registration page in this case.
