Instructions to fill the form

  • Students can submit Convocation Registration form with their Campus ID.
  • Your degree will be handed over to you when your academic and exit formalities are complete.
  • Convocation Participation fee is INR 3000/- inclusive of Degree, Stole fee, Lunch and Administrative Charges which can be paid online through payment gateway after submission of the Online Registration form. The payment made is non-refundable.
  • The student must strictly adhere to the prescribed dress code.

    For Boys: White Kurta Pajama (Well Ironed)

    For Girls: Salwar Kameez (Well Ironed)

  • A maximum of 2 attendee is allowed to accompany the student on the day of convocation. Rs. 500 per attendee would be charged for lunch etc. No accommodation will be provided by the University.
  • If you experience any technical difficulties in online application, please contact Registrar Office, SRMU immediately at registrar.office@srmu.ac.in.
  • Post Registration you will receive a confirmation email on confirmed email id. Further all communication from Registrar office will be done on email and phone numbers confirmed.
  • If you have completed payment through payment gateway and the fee amount has been debited from your bank account but for some reason you do not receive payment successful message, please contact Registrar Office, SRMU immediately with details of Campus ID, Transaction ID, Transaction date, Bank Name, Payment Gateway Name, Pay Mode (Net Banking & Credit/Debit Card).
  • Do not Refresh the page or click the Back link on your browser while your transaction is in process.
Note: Only those students can register for the Convocation who had submitted their ‘No Dues Form’ in the Registrar Office and received their Caution Money. In case, you are yet to submit your ‘No Dues Form’ in the Registrar Office, kindly complete the process by November 20, 2024.
